我喜歡黑啤酒,我想是因為我不太喜歡酸味啤酒的緣故。


這款啤酒在以鼻聞時,就有著類似焦糖的香氣,喝下後,感受到除了我喜愛的「苦香」味,的確有種「焦」糖的香氣,上網研究了一下,才知道原來黑啤酒之所以成為深色的啤酒,是因為將淺色小麥烘焙過,就像將咖啡豆烘焙的道理,無怪乎喝來多了一股焙炒過的香味!
